Assurance Wireless provides free cell phone service in 29 states and the District of Columbia. Qualifying for Assurance Wireless is easy. In all states where service is available, you can qualify for Assurance Wireless if you participate in an eligible government assistance program. In some states, you can also qualify for service by meeting total household income guidelines.
